Dawn has always been fascinated by how technology, changing expectations and new ways of working continue to reshape the workplace. Alongside this, she has a deep appreciation of the influence that physical, digital and cultural environments have on how people feel, connect and perform
Dawn recognised an opportunity to look at the workplace more holistically. Combining her professional expertise with a lifelong passion for interior design, she has shaped DiMensionaL’s distinctive approach to workplace strategy, bringing together people, place, leadership and business ambition
