DiMensionaL or DML Consulting, as it has now become more widely known, was set up with a purpose to collaborate with businesses, to help shape, design and prepare them for what the future world of work may present to their organisation and their talent.

Set up 5 years ago single handedly by our founder, the business has flourished and grown significantly. We now consist of a small team of like-minded, dynamic, talented HR professionals who share the same values, vision and ambitions as our founder and who proudly lead on various client engagements.

The clients that we collaborate with similarly share our ethos in that their leaders are not afraid to do things differently and challenge the status quo.
