I believe that as people, we constantly evolve and learn every single day of our life
We improve day by day, through experiences that we encounter, the choices that we make and the challenges/setbacks that we have to overcome. Sometimes, we fail and we have to build our resilience, dust ourselves down and try again

​​​We live in a world that is constantly innovating through new technology and a wider focus on mental wellbeing. We have to learn to adapt. I am fascinated by the influences these have on us so my strategy for DiMensionaL (DML) is to drive focus around improving life, business and people. This is outlined below as our three core service areas
D stands for Design Space.
The environments in which we live, work and socialise, play such a focal point in driving positive mood. The space that we surround ourselves in can massively improve our mental wellbeing, influence our work performance and how we interact with each other

As a lover of beautiful interiors whether this be to live, socialise or work in, I believe it is important to get this right as it sets the cultural stage. I am passionate about bringing together my expertise in design coupled with my background in people to the forefront by designing spaces that are beautiful, functional and performance led
M stands for Manage Change

To be ahead of the game, businesses must keep up-to-date with global factors that may impact how it continues to thrive
It must have the structure and processes in place, ready to adapt quickly to these changes and be prepared to constantly improve to remain relevant

My excellent background in business enables me to work with any leadership team, large or small to help them put the right strategy in place for their people to drive their businesses in the right direction

L stands for Lead People
Great people are key and so are great leaders. Improving people and making them the best version of themselves
Recognising that we all learn every day and that we sometimes fail
Encouraging continual learning, training and leadership development​​​ is key and I can work with any business to help them to improve their people and the standards that they want to set to succeed
This is what DiMensionaL is all about and I am passionate about working with businesses to make this happen

Having spent most of my career working within large global consultancy firms, I and my team have the capabilities to work on worldwide projects anywhere and have the capabilities to work with any size business, from small start ups to large global enterprises. As the main leader, I can partner directly with your Leadership Team/Board of Directors or with an already established People/HR team to advise on strategy and help to improve processes, people and the environment in which they work
